This came with with an Olympus LS-2 training kit. It has 2 parts, the Olympus side of which fits the endoscope side of the LS-2 unit. In pic 3, it is the piece on the right with 5 pins. These are opposite the LS-2 side when fitted to the LS-2. The P/N on this piece is A10-L2. The Pentax piece, P/N AT-OF only fits the A10-L2, not the LS-2. When together the visible ends of these pieces are the Olympus part seen on the right of pic 3 and the Pentax part seen on the left of pic 3.
As far as I can understand this, it seems that it can be used to adapt a A10 head to the LS-2 or the same instrument to a Pentax eyepiece. As the Pentax piece will not fit the LS-2 on its own, or when attached to the A10-L2, I do not think it will adapt a Pentax scope to the Olympus LS-2 teaching accessory.
I have also listed a Pentax FD-11 dual view training accessory (LISTING #1329298). The Pentax AT-OF fits this piece and consequently can be used to fit the A10-L2 to the Pentax FD-11 viewer. The adaptor did not come with the FD-11, so it is not offered with it. It did come with the LS-2 kit, but doesn't fit it, so it is not offered there
