No clue what is wrong with it but it does show it is capable of -86C even if it doesn't hold it. The exhaust fan is working. The digital display is working properly, as are the buttons to set the temperature. Has a locking lid but we do not have the keys. May be an easy fix for someone with knowledge of this machine. Great deal for the money!
