This Canadian made sit to stand or stand assist lift operates smoothly using lift base or hand remote controls. It comes with a 24 volt modular battery pack containing easy to find and inexpensive batteries and an off lift 115 VAC battery charger. A sling is not included as this is something that should be fitted to the individual patient based on height, weight, capacity and disability. ARJO bought BHM a few years ago. It currently makes the SSL II lift which has the same basic design as the SSL PLUS.

The wheeled base's front legs will widen or narrow as needed to maneuver the base around furniture and other obstacles during transfers.

We have other stand assist and full patient lifts available made by ARJO, BHM and LIKO. All of our lifts are of institutional quality and meet US and Canadian care standards. We do not carry Asian made lifts which are usually of lower quality. Our lifts use major components such as batteries, remotes and lifting arms which are relatively commonly available. Replacement parts can be order from us or regional suppliers usually without delay.
Shipping will be by freight or FEDEX Ground courier. If the buyer does not have a commercial location for delivery pick up may be required at a local FEDEX or freight depot. Please write if clarification of this issue is required before you buy the lift..
