Here we have an Oxus Reliability Plus Portable Oxygen Concentrator (RS-00400) along with carry bag and 2 batteries (which may or may not be functional) - a charger is NOT included.
Aesthetically the unit is in excellent condition with no cracks, no chips, no writing or etching and no other signs of damage or abuse - a really nice looking machine.
A charger is not included - we were able to power up and test the unit with a universal charger (not included) - but you will need a charger (and probably a battery) to power the unit.
2 batteries are included (unit only requires 1) - but neither seems to be holding a charge for more than a couple minutes. Idk if this is due to not having the exact charger present - or if the batteries have simply lost their potency...
Black carry bag is included - which is in good condition with no tears or damage - but has no strap (has clips to attach a generic strap if you wish to obtain one elsewhere).
You will receive the exact unit shown. No additional parts or accessories are included.
