Aesculap KAIRison (Kerrison 2) Pneumatic Bone Punch System in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I personally tested this device and it is working perfectly. It is a complete system in ready to use condition. Comes with the Kairison handle, 4 detachable shafts (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm), Pressure reducer, tubing set, air hose and 2 sterilizer cases. All components have been closely inspected to ensure there is no damage or wear. The detachable punch shafts are all sharp without damage. The action is very smooth when operating. Nice system here.

The case latches are working. This system is complete andready to use condition.
