This monitor works well and has a bright display and loud alarm both of which respond to controls as it appears they should. Various modules were installed in the rack and appeared to interface well with the rack & monitor. We have five of these sets, some with racks with hooks, others with pole mount racks or no mounts. None of this equipment has damaged housings or racks. All of the monitors have slight scratches up to 1.25 inch in length in non-critical areas. None significantly impacts on the view or interferes with the touchscreen operation. A sample has been circled in one of the pictures. Please request a picture of the unit you will receive prior to payment should this be a concern.
