CONDITION This device is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with some minor wear from previous use. Mainly being a few small scratches in surface paint around edges of device. There is a bit of discolorization on the top of the device but its not all too noticeable. One handle is a bit bent but still functions as designed. Side handles are perfect. Cord is good.
