It appears functional and undamaged with a bright display, responsive control keys, no cracks or significant scratches on the housing. An original hard copy of the manual is included as are the power and grounding cables. The cart seen in the pictures is available at no extra cost other than added shipping. It will be sent by truck or ground courier to urban locations in the USA and possibly Canada (see disclaimer below) at a cost of $200 to $300 USD.
