This is a nice Kimberly-ClarkPMG-115-TD Pain Management RF Generator System. Just came out of facility service with a PM label good through 7/2024. It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Powers on, passes self check at startup and reads "Ready" on the display. I am easily able to navigate the onscreen menus and make setting adjustments. There are no electrode kits included. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
Comes withe Kimberly-Clark RF Generator console, Halyard CooliefPump Unit, Halyard Multi-Radiofrequency Module (PMX-BAY-MRF), New Baylis RFP-100A Connector Cord, 2 PMX-BAY-BAY Cords and connecting cable. I believe this system is ready to use as soon as you receive it. Has both Stimulation and Lesion Modes and suitable for multiple procedures (see manufacturer's description below)
This is a great deal here, the Multi-Radiofrequency Module (PMX-BAY-MRF) is worth half my asking price.The Multi-Radiofrequency Module connects up to four pain management probes at one time, for greater efficiencey in performing multiple levels. Can Reduce procedure time to improve OR utilization.

This system just came out of facility service with preventative maintenance inspection label good through 7/2024. It came with all the included parts.This generator powers on, passes self check at startup and reads "Ready" on the screen. I am able to navigate stimulation and lesion mode menus and change settings with the buttons without error. The generator properly recognizes the Multi-Radiofrequency Module when it is plugged in.The Pump Unit has the connecting cord to the generator but itis untested. I believe the included PMX-BAY-BAY cords are for use with a single probe connector cord which is not included but I am sending them anyway. Cosmetically this system is in very nice condition with minimal sign of normal use and no damage. No other testing has been done but I believe it is ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA. There are no electrode kits included.
