The Dynarex DynaGel Hydrogel Impregnated Gauze Dressing (180/Case) (#3064) measures 2" x 2", and is an ideal dressing when sterile, gentle moist wound packing is needed for partial to full thickness wounds at stages 3 and 4. The hydrogel assists in hydrating the wound and promotes healing, especially for necrotic or sloughy tissues. Used as a primary dressing for management of acute or chronic wounds that are dry or have minimal exudate, such as dermal and pressure ulcers. These dressings require a secondary dressing, as they can dehydrate easily if not covered.
