These Medela Lactina breast pumps appear to be in excellent condition. They wre last in use within the Canadian public healthcare system where they were professionally maintained by bio-med staff. These pumps are sold with a seven day inspection warranty. If there is a problem they can be returned for a full refund. NOTE: No accessories other than they carrying case are included. Items such as the pistons, bottles and pumps are considered by the FDA, CE and Heath Canada as disposable, single patient use consumables and should therefore be bought new from an authorized distributor.
