The Educational Tracks listed were developed in conjunction with the IDN Summit's Education Advisory Board to provide innovative solutions and models to advance the health care supply chain. Each track will be composed of multiple sessions, allowing senior health care executives and their GPO and supplier partners the option to tailor their educational experience to best fit their individual needs.

The Strategic Management Track will discuss the best strategic business practices and innovative approaches in leading your health care organization. With hospital based pharmacy accounting for nearly 18% of most system budgets, cost management and revenue capture are more than just buzz phrases, they are the reality driving decisions. Because so many of the variables that affect cost and revenue are outside of the control of pharmacy leadership, it is imperative that those opportunities to manage wisely are maximized.
