This Magvite TMS therapy system was purchased new in 2019 and is in excellent condition with low use.

It had light use for about a year until the pandemic had us cease TMS therapy.

The system was not used again until 2023, where it was used between January and October.

Rolling cart for stimulator

Coil Cooler
Treatment chair with neckrest
Vacuum Pump Unit
Patient Management System with Hardware 360 Gateway and License

The successful bidder will be required to pick up the system from Wichita Falls, TX by April 18th at the latest.

The successful bidder will need to work with MagVenture to transfer the software licenses.
The equipment is staged and operational, but is not in clinical use.

Availability:

The equipment will be available immediately upon receipt of payment in full.

The successful bidder is required to pick up the system by April 18th at the latest.

Terms:

The Successful Bidder agrees to remit payment in full within 48 hours of the Auction's close.

If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.

Deinstallation, Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.

Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder upon payment in full.
There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.

If you plan to bid...

If you are not a Pre-Approved bidder, you will be asked for your credit card information when you click "Enter Bid".

Your credit card will not be charged if you are the Successful Bidder for this Auction and complete the transaction. In the event that you are the Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction and you supplied a credit card as part of the Approved Bidder process, your credit card will be charged by DOTmed the amount of your bid or $2,000, whichever is less, as an administrative fee. Similarly, if you are the Pre-Approved Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction, your Pre-Approval shall be revoked and DOTmed shall invoice the amount that otherwise would have been charged if a credit card had been provided and such invoice is payable upon receipt. The referenced administrative fee is, in each instance, in addition to any additional rights or remedies that the Seller or DOTmed may have.

For bidders who have not previously purchased via DOTmed Auction: DOTmed may place a $200 hold on your credit card as part of our Approved Bidding process. You will not be charged if you are not the Successful Bidder for any items and the authorization will be released at the end of the auction event. Please check with your financial institution for confirmation of available funds/credit. In some cases, releases may take a longer period of time depending on your bank's processing time.
